We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Class of 2009 while making plans for the recruiting of the Class of 2010! As the Dean of Admissions, this is my favorite time of year. Today, we started accepting applications. You can either apply electronically through our website, through the LSAC or by sending in a paper application which you can download as a pdf from our website. Don't forget to send in your certification letter with your application fee. We need this before we can complete your file. This process can be a tedious one for the applicants, with numerous drafts of personal statements, contacting recommenders and trying to decide which schools to apply to but just remember to get your applications in early. Also, it takes a lot of time and energy to make your application the best it can be. Once all of your applications are in and complete, then you just can sit back and not worry for a while. Remember it takes time for the admissions office to process all of the applications and for the admissions committee to review them. We want to make sure we are making the correct decision on each application we receive.
