Since we are dealing with harms mostly confined to those getting the vaccine, isn't full disclosure of benefits and harms and important part of the answer, i.e., an answer that respects the autonomy of the patient and doesn't simply view them all as morally passive creatures to whom good may be done, or evil, as the case may be.
