I am running blogs in connection with both of my classes
this quarter. These are student posts on readings and other materials related
to the class. For Network Industries, visit the syllabus here and the blog here; for my Antitrust
and IP Policy seminar, the readings are here and the blog here.

I have to concentrate my efforts on constitutional issues (agency fraud) and real estate (Federal Fair Housing Act, unreasonable restrain, 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, 1985, 1986, and 1988-Conspiracy Theory, with dual lawsuits): 94CV6826, 94CV7776, (unpublished), 96CV5631, and 97CV0378, published: Joan A. Cavalieri-Conway vs. L. Butterman & Associates, et al, 992 Federal Supplement 995.
And the up and coming lawsuits regarding welfare and defaulted student loans under RICO (mail and wire fraud) right now, but your subjects are most interesting for a latter time. Thanks anyway.
