Hat tip to George Best, '97, who alerted us to two Federalist Society SCOTUScasts featuring Richard Epstein, one on Christian Legal Society v. Martinez and one on Bilski v. Kappos.

On your web site, you post notices of Chicago faculty at external events. I was wondering if you could post links to audio/video recordings - if available - of these outside events? For example, Professor Epstein has spoken at several conferences/debates the past two months - not just the federalist society. Can you provide links to those talks?

Hi AJ - if we are notified of such recordings (or happen to find them on our own) we usually do post them. If you know of one, please drop us a line at [email protected].

Speaking of which, we just came across this Heritage Foundation video of Epstein discussing the Christian Legal Society case: http://washingtonindependent.com/91047/video-legal-experts-duke-it-out-over-free-speech-case

Are your podcasts available in the itunes store or just through this site? I'd like an easier way to get them.
